Rates are prorated every half hour. Normal per hour rate applies on service calls started at normal business hours.Repair fees do not include hardware, hardware best bought by technitian. If you bought hardware and we have to replace it for the correct one, trip to store is charge at regular hourly rate. * Diagnostic fee is included in repair cost; charged separately only when no repair is authorized. ** Minimum remote service fee is 1/2 hr. For any software issues that require reinstallation, including operating system software, the customer will need to provide or purchase appropriate licensed software. Please be advised that software issues are not covered under manufacturer's warranty, nor under any manufacture's maintenance contracts. All repairs are covered under a minimum 30-day labor and 90-day parts warranty, or as specified by the manufacturer.

Our hours are Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM.
